BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Services

KalDekho provides AI-powered Vedic astrology services, including but not limited to:

• Birth chart (Kundli) generation and analysis
• AI-powered astrological chat and consultations
• Compatibility (Kundli matching) analysis
• Numerology analysis and chat
• Palmistry reading from uploaded images
• Yearly horoscope and prediction reports
• Dasha and transit analysis
• PDF report generation

3.1 No Professional Advice

Our Services do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The content and predictions provided should not replace consultation with qualified professionals in relevant fields. You should always seek advice from appropriate professionals before making decisions regarding health, finances, legal matters, or other significant life choices.

3.2 No Guarantees

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or validity of any predictions, analyses, or information provided through our Services. Astrological and numerological predictions are interpretive and subjective by nature.

3.3 AI Limitations

Our AI-powered features use machine learning models that may produce errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs. AI responses should be viewed as suggestions or perspectives, not as definitive answers. The Company is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your information.
• You will keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Credit System

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits must be purchased to access premium features. Each feature type has its own credit pool, and credits are deducted upon use of the corresponding feature.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Resell or redistribute any Services or content without our express written consent.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by KalDekho, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KalDekho, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
• Any action taken based on information or predictions obtained through the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Any unused credits in your account at the time of termination are forfeited and non-refundable.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KalDekho regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
