ALL PURCHASES ON KALDEKHO ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on KalDekho ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Due to the instant digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and delivered to your account, we cannot and will not provide refunds under any circumstances.
2. Nature of Our Services
KalDekho provides digital services including:
- AI-powered astrological chat and consultations
- Birth chart generation and analysis
- Compatibility reports and matching services
- Numerology analysis and chat
- Palmistry readings
- Yearly horoscope reports
- PDF report generation
These services are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to this instant delivery nature, once a purchase is completed and credits are added to your account, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
3. No Refunds Policy
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or interpretations
- Disagreement with AI-generated content or recommendations
- Predictions that do not align with your expectations
- Unused credits in your account
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Inability to use the services due to personal circumstances
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Forgetting to use purchased credits
- Any other reason not explicitly covered by an exception below
4. Limited Exceptions
In rare cases, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider providing credit adjustments (NOT cash refunds) for the following situations:
- Technical Failures: If you experience a documented technical issue on our end that completely prevents you from accessing a feature you paid for, AND we are unable to resolve the issue after you report it to our support team.
- Payment Processing Errors: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error verified by our payment processor (Razorpay).
To request consideration for an exception, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase with documented evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to deny any request at our sole discretion.
IMPORTANT: Even in cases where exceptions are granted, we may provide account credits or replacements rather than monetary refunds. The decision to grant any exception is entirely at our discretion and should not be expected.

6. Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire under normal circumstances. However, if your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, all unused credits will be forfeited immediately without compensation.
If you voluntarily delete your account, any unused credits will be lost and cannot be recovered or refunded.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we will consider this a violation of this agreement. In such cases:
- Your account will be immediately and permanently suspended.
- All credits and access will be revoked.

- We may report the dispute as fraudulent to the payment processor.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts. These offers:
- Are not retroactively applicable to previous purchases.
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Do not entitle you to price adjustments or refunds on past purchases.
- May be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
